Joe leads the Site Procurement and Material Management functions at the Emerald Manufacturing Plant. Previously, Joe has worked in Building Maintenance as the Coordinator overseeing building renovations, building maintenance, and new construction projects. Joe was also a member of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) team at the Emerald Manufacturing Plant. His past experiences also included lead trainer in ERP application rollouts.

He is a graduate of Mohawk College, Food and Beverage Business Administration Program and has over 20 years proven expertise in industrial purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and business development. He is an active member of the (PMAC) Purchasing Management Association of Canada and is well informed in current purchasing practices.
