Mary is responsible for the Quality Assurance Program for the Site and has been in the Quality role for over 34 years. Mary has extensive training and experience in Quality Management systems, Food Safety and HACCP, Traceability, Testing and Sensory Science and Consumer Issues Investigation and resolution. Mary and her three highly experienced Quality Technicians manage the Sites Quality Programs including Good Manufacturing Practices with Allergen Management, Weight and Quality Control, Incoming Materials testing and Certification, Chemical Analysis, Shelf Life Testing, New Product Development and Micro-Analysis Programs. |
