Pavan brings with him over 20 years of experience in food, beverages and chemical industries. He has extensive experience in Maintenance and Production Management.

Pavan holds Master of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from one of the top technology institutes in the world - The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He is skilled in facilitation and is well trained in current plant operation performance (OEE), asset care (MTA) and continuous improvement methodologies (PCS). Pavan is active member of Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.

He began his career in design at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in Advance Light Helicopter development and gained valuable experience at Shaw Wallace Winery and Distillery, Dabur India Limited (Pharmaceutical Company), Imperial Chemical Industry (Nitrocellulose and Rubber Chemical Division) and Coca Cola Beverages holding progressively more responsible positions from Maintenance Executive to Plant Manager.
