Frank leads the New Product Development function at the Emerald Manufacturing Plant. Prior to his current role, Frank has over 20 years experience in Hard Candy and Chocolate technology. His past experiences include Candy Production, Plant Supervision, Inventory Control and Materials Management. He is also certified in Health and Safety and leads the Health and Safety program at the site.

Frank works with different marketing groups to co-ordinate and produce sample products to ensure successful market launches. He also works closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that new products are developed with an emphasis on Quality. Frank has several successful seasons under his belt and is keen to help you develop your next launch.
