Susan leads the Production Planning and Inventory Control team at Karma Candy Inc. and brings extensive planning experience to the organization. She is very experienced in working with Sales and Marketing teams to meet customer requirements.

Susan started her career with the current manufacturing facility and grew with the Company in several different roles such as Marketing, New Product Development and Sales & Distribution. For the last ten years, she has specialized in aggregate production scheduling and has developed a mastery of the complex scheduling requirements for a mixed Hard Candy and Chocolate manufacturing operation. Her deep expertise and leadership enables Karma Candy Inc. to be a valued and reliable confectionery manufacturing partner.
